Harassed

A half hour ago Elise was very clear that it was time for me to blog.
Beth gave some great advice of "just write what you're thinking." Oh how she is full of such wisdom.

Currently I'm doing what seems like 15 load of laundry. Something to the equivalent of this.

Or at least it feels that way.

Am I still in denial that we are back from spring break. Absolutely. The cruise with the 6 other girls was unreal. We owned that boat, people knew who we were. (not always for the best reasons, we couldn't help it, we're all suckers for karaoke) We met some great Pikes from UC Irvine and a lot of people from Utah that live in Mexico. They may or may not have been making it up but I'm fine with it.

The separation anxiety from all the girls is almost too much. But now every time i see them it makes it that much better!

We have already planned our next spring break. HAWAII. let the count down begin!! I've never been there but I know I'm going to love it! All-inclusive hotel. nothing but sun and the beach and ALL YOU CAN DRINK DIET COKE.

yumm...my mouth's watering just looking at it :)
Screw you Norwegian and your yucky pepsi!

So what you should get from this blog post.
1. The cruise was amazing, and the girls are my sisters.
2. Diet Coke (Coke in general) will always and forever trump pepsi.
3. Hawaii should prepare itself for SB '12
4. It's 2011, laundry should be able to do itself.
5. Why are there no beaches in Utah?

Diet- Smiet

With spring break peaking its head around the corner (7 DAYS!!!) everyone starts their pre-spring break diets. I am one of those people...well at least I try to be.

for example:

Strawberries. They're good for you. A good alternative to let's say, chocolate.
This is how a normal person would eat strawberries on a diet.

This, is how I eat strawberries.

The more sugar the better!! whoopz.

Then there's always C Rizzy (Cafe Rio). It should be closed for the two weeks before spring break as far as I'm concerned....No, no thats a lie. I love it TOO much!

I was introduced to Smart Cookie last night. Diet? what diet? Let's buy a dozen cookies and eat them within 24hrs. It's not that bad for you right?...right?

tell me you could restrain yourself from these, and I call you a liar.

Car Gods

Me and the Car Gods have some serious beef.

Their hate is just pouring down upon me.
I have had enough car troubles to last me until I have kids. I really wish that was a joke.

Jan 31. Car problems (Don't want to say anything online, if you want details - ask)

Feb. 5 driving with my dad in Sugar House, I made a U-Turn and hit a curb kind of messing up my front bumper

Feb. 10 it had been warm that day so the snow had been melting, but at night it froze so it was pretty icy. As I was driving home from a late (10-11pm) lacrosse practice, going up a curvy hill - I hit the curb and had to have my car towed away. (so sad)

Feb. 23 After seeing the amazing Never Say Never Director's Cut 3D and being so, so happy I got a flat tire on I-215 in a BLIZZARD. The worst. Luckily a guy named Justin (how ironic) came and changed it for me. What a super hero.

Feb. 28 I get a speeding ticket on my way from ChiO meeting to lacrosse practice.

Mar. 7 I got a new rental car the next day after the flat tire incident so today as I'm driving to meeting I was thinking to myself "man, I better be extra careful!" and I made it to meeting with no problems! I obviously spoke too soon. I get into my car and try to drive out and I'm just having the worst time. (this is in Kappa parking lot FYI) So I start to drive and I am going no where anytime fast. The car keeps getting stuck and is just slipping and sliding all over. AHH so frustrating. Thank goodness for some fraternity boys from Phi Delt (and Katie!) who helped me push my car into a spot so I can get it tomorrow when there's hopefully no snow!

I would also like to add, with this whole car getting stuck situation I had to miss The Bachelor at the Madsen house.

Sorry Brad.

So I guess the moral of this story is....Who wants to be my driver?

Why I should live in NYC

In the past month or so, I have had an epiphany. I definitely belong in New York City.

1. I'll just say it. I should be Serena Van Der Woodsen. In my next life, I will be her. I wouldn't be mad if I came back as Blair, but Jenny or Vanessa, absolutely not. I'd rather die. (Elise you can be Blair, I'll be Serena)

2. When I'm really upset, shopping makes everything better. When I'm happy, what's better than going shopping? No matter what mood I am in, shopping will make it 1000x better. Ergo, if I lived in the city I would always be in a good mood.

3. No one would think it was weird if I had a personal driver. And based recent events, you all should know that this is for the bettering of the country. (yes, country- I'll be doing everyone a favor)

4. NYC is closer to Europe! One plane ride and BAM you're there!

5. A house in the Hamptons? Yes please. Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard. Yes and Yes. What can I say? I'm a sucker for the beach!

The Hampton's
Nantucket
 Martha's Vineyard

6. What else lives at MV and Nantucket. Boys wearing Vineyard Vines. Sorry, I can't help it. Coral shorts, seersucker suits, croakies, bow ties... I LOVE IT.

Yes, I realize these are from weddings, sorry I can't help it. I have wedding fever. (Thanks Beth)

P.S. 14 days until the CRUISE. AH! No words to describe how excited I am!!

You know how it is. New school, new babe pool.

A couple weeks ago, our lacrosse team had a tournament in Santa Barbara. Did we fly? No. So what does one do to satisfy a 13 hour bus ride? Watch She's The Man repeatedly. Over the three days we were in SB, She's The Man was watched a total of 4 times. I forgot how funny it was....and how good looking Channing Tatum is.

So for your own viewing pleasure....

After lacrosse practice tonight, Emilee and Elise and I have a date with Amanda Bynes, Channing Tatum and cake bites. Jealous yet?

Well if not...this should do the trick

Harder then it looks

This blogging thing is a lot harder than it looks. So for my first blog I'll complain about blogging! No one ever tells you that setting this thing up is so complicated. It's also possible that I'm computer retarded. (sorry, computer challanged to be P.C.)

Okay let's move on, recently I have been on a cupcake kick.

But when I went to The Sweet ToothFairy to get Emilee some cupcakes for her day of birth, I stumbled across these delicious bits of heaven. Cake Bites
Life changing.

But I have keep telling myself only 17 days until our spring break trip to MEXICO. Which I can guarantee will be the best trip ever, with the best girls ever! So, to make you all jealous here's a picture of one of the stops we'll be making - Puerto Vallarta
